Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tally. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tally.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may only create one account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be removed.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Tally for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload or share content that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to others.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or Pick 'Em standings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your username and game logs). By submitting content, you grant Tally a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

5. Pick 'Em — Entertainment Only

The Tally Pick 'Em competition is offered for entertainment and bragging rights only. There is no entry fee, no cash prize, and no monetary value associated with any ranking or award. Pick 'Em is not a contest, sweepstakes, or gambling product under any applicable law. See the Official Pick 'Em Rules for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Tally name, logo, design, and code are owned by Tally. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission. FIFA, World Cup, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Tally is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA.

7. Disclaimers

Tally is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any information displayed. Match schedules, scores, and fixture data are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed USD $10.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Tally after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
